Order Acceptance

When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline your offer for any lawful reason. An order is not accepted until we send you a confirmation email stating that the order has been accepted and is being processed. If we decline your order after payment has been authorized, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

We may decline an order if the product is out of stock, if we suspect fraud or unauthorized activity, if there is an error in the pricing or product information on our website, if the shipping address is invalid or cannot be served, or if we are unable to verify the payment information. If we decline an order, we will notify you by email and explain the reason to the extent we are able.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD). The price you see at checkout is the total price you will be charged, including shipping. We do not add any surcharges, handling fees, or other charges at checkout. We cover all applicable duties and taxes for international shipments, so you will not be asked to pay any additional amount upon delivery.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply to orders that have already been accepted and confirmed. If a pricing error occurs — for example, if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a technical glitch — we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund rather than fulfill the order at the incorrect price. We will notify you of the error and give you the option to place a new order at the correct price.

Payment must be made at the time of order placement. We accept payment methods as displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate. If payment is declined or reversed, we may cancel the order.

Shipping and Delivery

In summary, we process orders within one to three business days and delivery typically occurs within six to twelve business days. Shipping is free on all orders. We cover all duties and taxes. If a shipment is delayed, we will notify you and provide the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.

Title to and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier records delivery to the correct address.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Purchase by reference. In summary, you may return most items within sixty days of delivery. Refunds are processed within five to ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. We do not offer direct exchanges; please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on our website are error-free, complete, or current. If a product you receive does not match its description, your remedy is to return it in accordance with our Refund Policy.

If an item you order is unavailable, we will notify you and offer the option to cancel the order for a full refund or to wait for restocking if a restock date is known.

Limitation of Liability

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction that requires disputes to be resolved under local law, this provision does not override mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms of Purchase from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of your order applies to that order. We encourage you to review these terms before placing an order. If we make material changes that affect orders already in progress, we will notify affected customers directly.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Purchase is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
